Srisankar Kunniyur is an Assistant Professor of Electrical 
and Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. 
He received his PhD degree from the University of Illinois 
at Urbana Champaign in 2001. His research interests are in 
the area of wireless and high-speed networks, quality of 
service, and performance evaluation.
